小儿肠炎继发急性假结肠梗阻临床治疗剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究探讨小儿肠炎继发急性假结肠梗阻的临床治疗方法。方法：随机选取本院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的小儿肠炎继发急性假结肠梗阻患儿40例为研究对象。对所有患儿进行肝功能、血淀粉酶、血尿常规以及血电解质检查。所有患儿在接受检查的同时还需经X线片检查。观察所有患儿的生命体征，针对患儿症状采取有效的和治疗手段。患儿在治疗肠炎的同时，均实施保守治疗的方式。结果：本组研究活动中的所有患儿治疗后均痊愈，仅1例患儿在治疗期间出现盲肠坏死，及时采取手术治疗后痊愈出院。在患儿痊愈6个月后，经调查显示，患儿出院后恢复良好，对医院的临床治疗效果均较为满意。结论：小儿肠炎继发急性假结肠梗阻患儿在治疗期间注意与机械性梗阻等症状相区别。根据患儿的实际情况采取有效的治疗方法。患儿治疗肠炎采用禁食、补液、温盐水低压冲洗肠道、胃肠减压等各种方法治疗的同时，采用保守治疗方式可以有效控制患儿的各项症状。但是，治疗期间严密观察患儿各项生命体征，若出现异常时积极采取处理措施，有助于临床效果的提高。 　　【关键词】 小儿肠炎； 急性假结肠梗阻； 临床治疗 　　Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease Secondary to Acute False Junction Obstruction Clinical Analysis/TIAN Bao-qing.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（28）：138-140 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore pediatric enteritis inspire the clinical treatment of acute false junction obstruction. Method： To randomly selecte from our hospital in March 2012 - March 2014 pediatric enteritis inspire season of acute intestinal obstruction treated with 40 cases as the research object， for all children with liver function， blood amylase， routine urine and blood electrolytes examination. All children underwent X-ray examination. To observe all the patients vital signs， effective approaches for the children with symptoms and treatments. The children in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease at the same time， all received implementation way of conservative treatment. Result： Treatment， according to the results of all patients were recovered after treatment， only 1 case during treatment in caecum necrosis， take timely surgery recovered after treatment. After six months， after recovering from the children. Investigation showed that， children recovered well after discharge， the clinical therapeutic effect of hospitals were more satisfied. Conclusion： Pediatric enteritis arouse attention during the season of acute intestinal obstruction in the treatment of children with mechanical obstruction symptom such as phase difference.
