Methods A total of 50 patients with Hp infection treated in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study. By random number table method, they were divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated by quadruple eradication, while patients in group B were treated by triple eradication. The time for pain disappearing, Hp eradication rate and cost-effectiveness were compared between the two groups. Results The time for pain disappearing in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B [ (5. 63 + 1. 75) d vs (8. 18±2. 06) d]. Hp eradication rate was significantly higher in group A than group B (96. 00% vs 72. 00%) (P0. 05) . C/E of group A was lower than group B (2. 265 vs 2.997) . Conclusion Compared with triple therapy, quadruple therapy can quickly relieve pain, and the effect is better in the treatment of patients with Hp infection.
