微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨近端骨折疗效剖析 　　摘要：目的 探讨微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取本院收治的120例胫骨近端骨折患者，根据随机原则将患者分为对照组（n=60例）和观察组（n=60例），对照组行传统开放钢板固定术，观察组行微创钢板内固定术，比较两组患者骨折愈合情况、膝关节功能恢复情况以及临床疗效。结果 对照组及观察组的骨折愈合时间分别为（153.32±5.54）d、（115.52±5.43）d，经t检验，观察组的骨折愈合时间显著低于对照组（P0.05）。对照组及观察组的膝关节功能评分分别为（41.16±2.21）分、（68.84±2.26）分，经t检验，观察组的膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组（P0.05）。临床疗效方面：对照组差10例，可14例，良10例，优26例，优良率为60.00%；观察组差4例，可16例，良12例，优28例，优良率为93.33%，经χ2检验，观察组的优良率显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在胫骨近端骨折患者中施以微创钢板内固定术，可有效促进骨折的愈合，改善患者的膝关节功能，具有十分重要的临床意义。 　　关键词：胫骨近端骨折；微创钢板内固定术；传统开放钢板固定术 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate fixation for proximal tibial fractures.Methods 120 cases of tibial proximal fractures admitted to our hospital patients，according to the principle of randomization were divided into control group（n=60 cases）and observation group（n=60 cases），the control group underwent conventional open plate fixation，the observation group underwent minimally invasive plate internal fixation，compared two groups of patients with fracture healing，functional recovery of knee joint and clinical efficacy.Results In the control group and the observation group fracture healing time was（153.32±5.54） d，（115.52±5.43）d，by t test，the fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.The control group and the observation group the knee function scores were（41.16±2.21）points，（68.84±2.26） points，by t test，the observation group the knee function score was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.The clinical efficacy：the control group was 10 cases，14 cases，good 10 cases，excellent in 26 cases，excellent rate of 60.00%；observation group of 4 cases，16 cases， good 12 cases，excellent 28 cases，excellent rate was 93.33 %，by χ2 test，the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive plate internal fixation in patients with proximal tibial fractures can effectively promote the healing of fractures
