恢复期精神分裂症患者护理干预措施剖析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨恢复期精神分裂症患者护理干预措施应用效果，为恢复期精神分裂症患者护理干预措施的应用提供理论依据。方法：选用2016年3月至2017年3月期间在医院进行治疗的70例恢复期精神分裂症患者作为此次研究对象，并根据护理措施的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组35例，对照组患者应用常规护理，观察组患者应用综合护理，对两组患者的护理情况进行密切观察，对比分析两组患者干预前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、生活自理能力评分情况。结果：干预前，两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、生活自理能力评分进行组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后，两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、生活自理能力评分明显好于干预前，观察组明显好于对照组，数据之间比较，差异存在统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：通过对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施综合护理干预，患者的各项症状和生活质量得到显著改善，提高了患者的生活自理能力，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】恢复期精神分裂症患者；护理干预；措施分析 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the recovery in patients with schizophrenia application effect of nursing intervention measures， for the recovery of schizophrenia patients with nursing intervention measures to provide theoretical basis for the application. Methods： choose during March 2016 to March 2016 in the hospital for treatment of 70 cases of convalescence schizophrenia patients as the research object， and according to the different nursing measures were divided into observation group and control group， each group of 35 cases， control group patients use conventional nursing， integrated care， observation group of patients of two groups of patients with the care of close observation， compared two groups of patients anxiety score， depression score before and after the intervention， the quality of life scores and life self-care ability score.
