淮北市生态足迹动态演变剖析 　　摘 要：为了解淮北市生态随经济社会发展的演变特征，为淮北市制定生态经济可持续发展对策提供依据，依据生态足迹理论，采用时间序列分析法对淮北市2007～2013年间的生态足迹进行研究。研究发现：淮北市生态足迹逐年扩大，生态承载力呈先下降，后增加趋势，但淮北市生态赤字逐年增加，淮北市生态处于加剧不可持续发展状态。为了促进淮北市的可持续发展，建议采取的措施有：通过转变能源利用方式、优化产业结构、适当控制人口规模、提倡低碳生活等途径减少生态足迹，通过保护自然资源、提高各类资源的生产效率等途径提高生态承载力，加强生态教育、加强机制建设等。 　　关键词：时间序列分析；生态足迹；生态承载力；生态赤字；可持续发展 　　中图分类号：F062.2 　　文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-1101（2016）03-0034-07 　　Abstract： In order to find out the characteristics of evolution of the ecosystem in Huaibei City along with the economic and social development of Huaibei City， to lay the groundwork for the sustainable development of economy and ecology in Huaibei City， By using the theory of ecological footprint and the method of time series analysis studies the ecological footprint of Huaibei City from 2007 to 2013. The results have shown that the ecological footprint of Huaibei City has cumulatively expanded on a yearly basis； the ecological carrying capacity increased after falling at the beginning； ecological？deficit is on the rise every year； the ecology in Huaibei is unsustainable with the intensifying ecological problems .
