双组分抑制剂体外对真菌生长及粘附力影响的-研究.pdf

The research of antifungal growth and adhesion effects of the Two-component inhibitors against fungus in vitro Objective To study antifungal effects of the Two-component Signal Transduction System inhibitors ethacridine and closantel against aspergillus, fusarium and Candida albicans in vitro, so as to prepare for the development of a new efficient and safe antifungal. Methods 1. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of ethacridine, closantel or amphotericin B alone was determined against aspergillus or fusarium by NCCLSM38 -A liquid-based microdilution method; The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of amphotericin B was determined respectively when amphotericin B combine with ethacridine or closantel against aspergillus or fusarium in the same way. 2. Estimate the growth concentration of Candida albicans in RPMI1640 liquid culture at different times with the effect of ethacridine and Closantel, and draw time-antibacterial curve. 3. Detect the rate of Candida albicans’adhesion to oral epithelial cell under the action of Two-component inhibitors ethacridine and closantel with different concentrations. Results 1. Ethacridine and closantel have the characteristic of inhibiting the growth of aspergillus and fusarium in vitro. Aspergillus and fusarium are hypersensitive to amphotericin B with the help of ethacridine or closantel. 2. Ethacridine and closantel can inhibit the growth of Candida albicans in different degrees, and the inhibition enhanced as the concentration increased; but the same concentration between ethacridine and 3 万方数据 closantel have no statistical si
