老年患者在经尿道前列腺电切术中安全问题剖析及护理措施 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分析老年患者在经尿道前列腺电切术中护理安全问题及护理对策。方法：选择本院100例经尿道前列腺电切术的老年患者，随机分成两组，对照组按照常规手术准备，观察组采取综合预防措施，观察两组患者围术期体温、血压、心率等指标的变化情况，同时对比两组患者术后出现寒战、膀胱痉挛、骶尾部压红、水泡等并发症的发生率，对比两组患者术后膀胱冲洗液量、冲洗时间、出血量。结果：观察组患者在术中不同时间点体温、血压、心率等指标均未出现明显变化（P0.05）；对照组患者在手术30 min及结束时的体温与麻醉前相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者术后寒战、膀胱痉挛、骶尾部压红、水泡等并发症及术后膀胱冲洗液量、冲洗时间、出血量均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：老年患者在经尿道前列腺电切术中安全因素有皮肤损伤、神经损伤、循环、呼吸系统疾病等，对于老年患者机体各器官机能逐渐衰退，免疫力下降，采取预防性保护措施，能够降低老年患者手术风险，避免突发心、血管疾病意外情况的发生，值得在手术科室广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 老年患者； 经尿道前列腺电切术； 安全因素； 护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss and analyze safety problems and nursing countermeasures of elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate surgery.Method： 100 elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups， the control group was prepared in accordance with the conventional operation， observation group adopted comprehensive prevention measures，the change of perioperative body temperature， blood pressure， heart rate of the two groups were observed， and at the same time，chills， bladder spasm， sacrococcygeal pressure red， blisters and other postoperative complications of the two groups were compared，bladder irrigation fluid volume， washing time， amount of bleeding of the two groups were compared.Result：The operation temperature，blood pressure，heart rate and other indicators at different time points in the experimental group showed no obvious change（P0.05）；compared with pre anesthesia， temperature in control group in operation 30 min after and at the end were statistically significant（P0.05）.Patients in the experimental group postoperative shivering， bladder spasm， sacrococcygeal pressure red，blisters and other complications and postoperative bladder irrigation fluid volume， washing time， amount of bleeding were significantly lower than those of the control group， with statistical differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The security factors of urethral prostate elec
