肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病56例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的疾病特征表现以及临床治疗方法，以有效提高患者的生活质量。方法 选择该院2013年10月―2015年10月肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者56例；针对所有患者的发病年龄分布情况、疾病临床特征表现、患者出现血糖异常同肝功能分级之间的关系、患者表现为胰岛素抵抗同肝功能之间的关系以及临床治疗方法等实施回顾性分析。结果 对于肝源性糖尿病疾病，诸多集中于中老年男性患者；临床症状主要表现为系列的消化道症状，未表现出糖尿病典型症状；伴随着患者肝功能的逐渐恶化，患者自身血糖水平、血清胰岛素水平表现为一定程度的升高；对患者实施降糖治疗以及保肝治疗，血糖获得良好控制的患者39例，一般控制的患者14例，其余3例患者因为自身肝功能受到了严重损害，主动放弃治疗选择出院。 结论 患者在患有肝硬化疾病后，较易继发患有肝源性糖尿病疾病，并且诸多集中于中老年男性，临床未表现出典型的糖尿病症状，患者的疾病程度同自身肝功能分级表现为正相关，患者表现出胰岛素抵抗现象，针对患者临床除实施肝硬化对症治疗之外，配合对患者实施胰岛素治疗，伴随着患者肝功能的逐渐改善，患者的血糖水平获得了显著的改善。 　　[关键词] 肝硬化；肝源性糖尿病；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（b）-0100-03 　　Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases with Liver Cirrhosis Complicated with Hepatic Cirrhosis 　　MIN Ying 　　Inner Mongolia Tongliao Hospital， Department of internal medicine， Tongliao，Inner Mongolia， 028000 Cina 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the characteristics of the disease and the clinical treatment of patients with cirr.
