老年精神病人合并糖尿病相关因素剖析及对策 　　【摘要】 目的: 探讨老年精神病人合并糖尿病的有效干预措施。方法:自制调查表对住院老年精神病人合并糖尿病，病程大于2月的39例病人作为对照组进行回顾性调查分析，实施干预措施2月后仍在院的37例病人作实验组进行对比分析统计。结果: 406例住院老年精神病人中42例合并糖尿病，患病率10.34%，是2006年世界糖尿病日公布的城市糖尿病患病率的2.15倍；对照组中14例有完整自知力，13例有部分自知力，12例完全无自知力，97.43%的病人不知道低血糖的表现及防治方法。采取系统干预措施后空腹血糖完全控制在正常范围62.16%，高于对照组33.33%，经χ?2检验（P0.05），有统计学意义。［结论］ 采取合理的干预措施可有效控制住院老年精神病人合并糖尿病的血糖在正常范围。? 　　【关键词】 精神病人； 糖尿病； 干预措施? 　　 【中国分类号】 R587【文献标识码】 A【文章编号】 1044-5511（2012）02-0021-02?? 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effective intervention to the psychopath patients with diabetes . ［Methods］ Self-make a examination-table to do recalled-investigation and analysis in the 39 Psychopaths also with diabetes as sample group whose course of illness exceed 2 months , also do the contrasted analysis and statistics in the 37 Psychopaths with diabetes disease as experimental group after 2 months intervention. ［Results］ In the 406 Psychopaths , there are 42 in-patients with the diabetes , the suffering rate is 10.34% which is also 2.15 times of the rate to the result published in 2006 the World Diabetes Day. In the sample group, there are 14 inpatients have full self-recognition, 13 inpatients have the part self-recognition, 12 inpatients lose the self-recognition about 97.43% inpatients dont know the symptoms and prevention methods of Diabetes . But after the systematic intervention , the 62.16% patients in the experimental group can control the blood-sugar rate of limosis state in the normal scope , this proportion is 33.33% higher than sample group, through χ2 test (P 0.05), have the obvious statistic meaning. ［Conclusions］ Take the appropriate intervention measures for the Psychopaths with the Diabetes can effectively control the blood -sugar rate in the normal scope.? 　　【Key words】 Psychopath； Diabetes； Intervention Measures ?? 　　 精神病人由于长期服用抗精神失常药，加之意志行为减退，运动量减少，易伴发糖尿病，而部分老年精神病人丧失自知力，健康教育无法起到任何作用，为了更有效的控制住院老年精神病人合并糖尿病的血糖浓度，现将进行的实验研究进行报告。? 　　1 对象与方法? 　　调查对象：2010年5月11日攀枝花市精神病医院全部住院老年精神病人406例，其中合并糖尿病42例
