近十年国家科学技术学术著作出版基金统计剖析及透视.docVIP

近十年国家科学技术学术著作出版基金统计剖析及透视 　　 [摘要]根据近十年（2001-2010）国家科学技术学术著作出版基金的资助项目，按照该基金申请要求填报的科学领域，国家标准《学科分类与代码》中的科学技术学科，获得资助的出版社、高校、科学院等单位，对资助的著作数进行了分类统计；同时，还统计分析了资助著作的中英文项目数目比例，获资助项目出版社及作者所在行政地区分布，获得较多出版基金项目的出版社、作者所在单位及高产作者等情况。通过上述分析结果，进一步透视了近十年我国科学技术的发展动态，展现了我国不同学科、地区、单位的科学技术研究成果发展不平衡状态及趋势。该研究结果还可为国家科学技术学术著作出版基金的规划、申请指南的编制和出版社未来选题策划及基金申请者提供有益参考。 　　〔关键词〕科学技术；学术著作；国家出版基金；统计分析；趋势 　　ＤＯＩ：１０．３９６９／ｊ．ｉｓｓｎ．１００８－０８２１．２０１１．０７．０２７ 　　〔中图分类号〕Ｇ２５０.２５２ 〔文献标识码〕Ａ 〔文章编号〕１００８－０８２１（２０１１）０７－０１１５－０６ 　　Analysis and Perspective of the Academic Books Supported by the Publishing 　　Funding of National Science and Technology in Recent Ten Years(2001-2010)Wu Wei Wu Chao 　　（School of Resources and Safety Engineering，Central South University，Changsha 410083，China） 　　〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕This paper analysed and classified the Academic Books that were supported by the Publishing Funding of National Science and Technology according to data in recent ten years(2001-2010).The statistics and analysis were conducted from the following aspects,such as the scientific areas of these books classifed by the disciplines of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the national standard of Classifications and Codes of Disciplines,the publishing companies,the authors?? affiliations and units.Also,the statistics of the ratio of the book number written in English and Chinese,the location distribution of presses and authors as well as the outstanding presses and authors were conducted.Meanwhile,an outlook of the development of science and technology was studied based on these books.The analysis results showed that the development of various branches of science and technology and the different provinces in China are very unbalanced.The research conclusions in the paper can also be a good reference for the planning of the Publishing Funding of National Science and Technology in the future and for the authors who want to apply the funding late. 　　〔Ｋｅｙｗｏｒｄｓ〕science and technology;academic books;Publishing Funding of Nationa
