Stuff and Methods: Stuff:Mitek Suture Anchor and anchor matched disposable hand device which are provided by the Johnson-Johnson company(Johnson johnson China branch). Methods:Making a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 18 patients whose MCL and LCL of knees were repaired with suture anchors since October 2008 to October 2010 . Among them, the male10 cases, female 8 cases; age from 20 years to 45 years old, the mean age is 31.7 years old. According to the time and specific conditions to make individual function exercise plans for every patient.To analyse the time from injery to the operation, the operation time, suture anchors fixed position and intraoperative and postoperative complications, the function recovery for knees is assessed by IKDC and Lysholm knee rating system,A statistical analysis of the data by rank sum test. Results: During a mean follow-up 16.6 months, all of the patients get follow-up, no ligament breaks again, 1 case with foreign body reaction. Average operation time is 35.5 min, intraoperative hospital damage to important vascular, nerve and the other important tissues all did not appear . 18 patients implanted 21 suture anchors (including 3 patients were implanted with 2, male2 and female1),fixed positions is good.
