摘要 摘 要 I万方数据 I 万方数据 摘 要 实效性不强，是近年来长期困扰大学生思想政治教育工作者的一大难题。造成这 种局面的原因是多方面的，其主要原因之一在于大学生思想政治教育工作的方法虽然 不断得到了发展和创新，但其较为普遍存在的与实际脱节、可操作性不强，不能为实 际工作者很好地推行和运用的根本缺陷并没有得到根本改善。 在新的历史时期，面对更加艰巨的教育任务、更加复杂的教育环境和更加富于变 化与个性的教育对象，大学生思想政治教育工作的理论研究者和实际工作者们如何研 究开发出更具有可操作性、并能为一线工作者们切实掌握和灵活运用的教育方法，即 如何使大学生思想政治教育方法具有可操作性，如何提高教育方法可操作的程度，如 何强化教育方法的理论态势转化为实践操作程序等，将成为大学生思想政治教育工作 领域重点研究和深入关注的时代课题。故此，可操作性问题，既是提高大学生思想政 治教育实效性的基本前提，也是大学生思想政治教育工作研究领域的一个新论域、新 视角。 本文主要从微观层面较为系统和深入地研究、分析和探讨了大学生思想政治教育 实施方法的可操作性问题。首先，论文在借鉴其他学科关于可操作性研究成果的基础 上，对大学生思想政治教育方法可操作性的概念、含义、特征、影响因素等基本理论 问题进行了比较系统的梳理和较为详细的阐述。其次，借助我国近年来发表的各种调 查报告、深入的问卷访谈等方式，对当前大学生思想政治教育方法可操作性的现状， 特别是可操作性不强的原因进行了实证分析。最后，在理论结合实践的基础上，提出 了简化与规范大学生思想政治教育实施方法的操作程序，增强方法表述和操作要求的 具体化程度；提高教育者对方法可操作性的认识及操作能力；激发教育对象的积极主 动性，增强教育对象的接受意识和接受能力；强化大学生思想政治教育方法对各种教 育环境的适应性以及促进思想政治教育方法实施过程中的资源投入与开发等五个方 面的对策，达到增强大学生思想政治教育方法的可操作性，促进大学生思想政治教育 工作实效性提高之目的。 关键词：大学生；思想政治教育方法；实施方法；可操作性 II万方数据 II 万方数据 Abstract Lacking of effectiveness of the ideological and political on education college students has always been a problem that confused a lot of educators for many years. The reasons that caused this situation are complex, but the primary one is that although the methods of ideological and political education have been continuous developed and innovated, the universal-existed fundamental defaults, such as far away from reality, lack of operability, could not be well applied by practical educators and so on, make it difficult to get any improvement. In the new era, faced with more tremendous educational task, more complex educational environment and more changeable and personal educational objects, how theory researchers and practical workers of college students’ ideological and political education research and develop educational method that is full of operability and can be easily grasped and operated by front-line educators, that is, how to make these methods operable, how to enhance the operability of these methods, how to strengthen the extent that the method theory transforms
