Therefore, it’s necessary to study how to improve the quality of the compositions of vehicle in order to further improve its quality. Vehicle window relay is a switch to control vehicle window up and down. Compared with the normal relay, it has its own characteristics, and its load is a small power DC motors. Besides, the type of the current switch-on or switch-off is also relatively complex for some properties of widows. Accurate electric life of parameters can’t be obtained by traditional way, so further study is demanded. According to conventional relay electric life test method with DC electric motor load and vehicle windows’ characteristics, this paper put forward a corresponding test method, based on referring to the relative domestic and international works. Besides, the test device of computer control and detect for relay electric life is developed. First of all, according to the traditional relay electrical life test methods and variety of conditions occurred in relay control window movements, such as: the normal up or down, suddenly reverse, window choked .The changes of current and voltage of relay control come into different classifications, and can be divided into four test types by analyzing . Four type tests are conducted by interludes in accordance with the actual occurrence probability in various conditions in the test. The design ideas and implementation methods, which is the test types and a variety of test types interspersed manner set by the user, is put forward to improve the versatility and flexibility of the test equipment. Secondly，based on the analysis and design idea above, control timing of main circuit of test and various test types is proposed and designed. Industrial control com
