成人心肺复苏后缺血缺氧性脑病的临床分析 英文摘要 Clinical analyze of anoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation Abstract Objective: To study the clinical features of anoxic-ischemic encephalopathy patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The clinical feature of Totally 27 qualified patients from our hospital in the past 9 years were recruited and analyzed retrospectively. The following questions were addressed :1) Clinical manifestation of adult anoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 2) Analyze the CT and MRI manifestation of AIE after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 3) Compare the effect of different treatments which the AIE patients received after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 4）Analyze the clinical outcome of AIE. Methods: We recruited and analyzed the data of the 27 qualified patients from our hospital in the past 9 years who were diagnosed as AIE after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, recording the general situation, protopathy, the clinical manifestation of the AIE patients, the Glasgow coma score, the CT and MRI examination record, and the treatment which the patients received, and the outcome of the patients,in order to observe the efficacy of different treatment options, to evaluate the prognosis of AIE in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results: There are many protopathy in the 27 AIE patients, including anesthesia accident, hanged himself, poisoning, arrhythmia, et al.27 patients survived after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and receiced cardiorespiratory support in time, a total of 27 patients demonstrated obvious impairments in consciousness.In the course of the disease some patients occurred epilepsy, CT and MRI scan might show signs of cerebral edema, lobe infarction, diffuse white matter demyelination. 7 Patients received therapeutic hypothermia, 3 Patients underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the rest of the patients received some other treatment. conditions of consciousness of 9 patients improved,3 patients d
