11 11 :啊!44441例 摘要 摘要 近几年来，随着我国高等教育改革的深入发展，国家非常重视大学生创业 教育和综合素质能力的培养。实施创业教育不仅只是缓解目前毕业生就业压力 的权宜之计，而重要的是通过创业教育培养大学生的综合素质水平及适应社会 发展的创新意识与能力。而现实社会最突出的问题是就业取向与国家的就业指 导存在明显的背离趋势，创业愿望强，创业实践弱。 对大学生创业教育研究有利于学生对自己和社会有一个明确的认识，从而 调动大学生的人际交往能力、管理协调能力、专业技术能力、开拓创新能力， 进…步实现了国家培养一个全面发展的综合型人才的目标。 本文概括性的阐述了大学生创业教育的研究背景、目的和意义，通过以赣 南师范学院为例，调查在校大学生接受创业教育的情况，井边取参加创业大赛 的部分学生作为个例，由点到面，分析大学生创业主要受到学生认知能力不足、 教师指导能力不足、创业专业课程缺乏、创业团队合作能力不足、师范院校对 创业关注度不足等四个方面的影响，提出了赣南师范学院大学生创业教育体系 的构建措施t 提高学生认知能力、加强教师指导能力、开设创业专业课程、提 高创业团队合作能力、加强师部院校对本科生创业关注度。 关键词:赣南师部学院;创业教育 Abstract Abstract ηle government mak.es much account of university s阳dents entrepreneurship education and 也eir comprehensive qualities along wi也 the development of higher education reform in recent years.
