On the one hand, the village autonomous farmers are more involved in politics, farmers’self-management truly do their own masters. the progress is of great significance for the construction of democracy at the grassroots level in China. On the other hand, the country no longer interference rural affairs and farmers autonomy rights, under the background of this corruption began to emerge.In this context,the relationship between the village’s corruption and farmers’self-management,and how to prevent corruption by developing democracy is the key of this article. This article’s logic is ‘finding problems-analyzing reasons-looking for solutions’,and it is based on Marxism and Maoist and Socialism with Chinese characteristics.Firstly, the theory is based on the domestic power structure and operating conditions villager autonomy system ,and the perspective that villager autonomy system may result in system oversight village. Corrupt risk by reason of the village arising from different levels to do in-depth analysis, summarized the current village corrupt risk mainly in terms of moral, institutional mechanisms, power,and so on.
