结合工程实例讨论工程量清单计价方式应用 ［手商要］工程量清单计价早已成为国际上普遍采用的工程计价方式，为了适应市场经 济和WTO的要求，2003年7月，我国有关部门颁布了《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》， 正式提出了工程量清单计价方式。在此之前，我国一直沿用的是定额计价的方式。本文对 工程量清单计价方式的进行概述，阐述工程量清单重要性，并提出目前工程量清单计价存在 的问题，提出工程量清单计价方式推行的对策，最后通过示例杰安公司展示楼的工程量清单 计价更加直观了工程量清单计价的应用。 ［关键字］清单计价定额计价工程造价 Combined with practical discussion of engineering Bill pricing mode [Abstract] Engineering quantity list valuation has become widely used in the international project pricing, in order to meet the demands of market economy and WTO, in July 2003, China’s relevant departments promulgated the code for construction engineering quantity list valuation，formally presented the valuation based on engineering quantity list mode.Prior to that，China used a fixed pricing method.This paper overview of engineering quantity list valuation mode，expounding the importance of Bill of quantities and current problems of engineering Bill pricing and countermeasures of engineering quantity list valuation mode for the promotion, and finally through the sample kit-an engineering Bill pricing on the show floor a more intuitive application of engineering quantity list valuation.
