Firm Network, Knowledge Management Capability and Technological innovation performance: an Empirical Study on Resource-based View of Technological Innovation ABSTRACT Facing changes in the domestic and international environment, how to improve enterprise technological innovation performance is an important prerequisite for the survival of the enterprise. According to the resource-based view of technological innovation, this thesis integrates the viewpoints from the literatures of firm network and knowledge management capability separately, and believes that improving firm’s technological innovation performance depends on not only how to get useful resources but also how to use them effectively. The relationship between firm network and technological innovation performance is influenced by the firm’s resource management capabilities, especially such as knowledge management capability. The thesis take the high-tech industries in which the technological innovation activities are more frequent as the research object, research the following three elements: First, the author divide the enterprise network into structure dimension, cognitive dimension and relationship-dimensional based on the corporate network theory and study the different dimensions of the role in the enterprise technology innovation performance ,the results rich and develop the enterprise network theory and technological innovation theory.
