First, beginning from the theoretical study to learn and reference. through an overview of the development process and the analysis of contemporary development potential and value, combing the design points and logic with past cases and past knowledge to explore how to better project in the future to grasp the design, and how to play its potential resources. Secondly, the comprehensive analysis of the successes and inadequacies which is in the relevant projects that I come into contact with, combined with above-mentioned research. Obtaining the necessary experience and lessons learned from it and further deepen the understanding of the design and using of the lower roof space in public building. Finally, summary and discussion on the responsibility to be borne by the designer role. Strategic significance for the rational development of the lower roof space in public building.
