摘要 摘 要 无线通信系统是公安机关信息通信和指挥调度的重要组成部分，面对当前日 趋复杂的治安形势，公安机关对于基层力量的指挥调度迫切需要一套操作便捷、 组网灵活的无线应急指挥系统。本文根据公安通信业务的需要，并且按照多年来 实际应用感受，以满足公安机关指挥调度为保证和前提。主要研究以无线同频同 播技术组建区域性的无线应急指挥通信系统。 论文所研究的“350MHz 无线应急指挥通信系统应用设计”，从其应用的技 术类型方面，采用了大规模数字集成电路技术、GPS 锁频技术和时钟控制技术、 联网数控技术、CPU 中央微处理技术、TCP/IP 软交换技术、数字中继技术等众 多先进的控制技术组建无线通信网络，采用同播技术是此系统设计最基本的内 容。同时，350MHz 无线应急指挥通信系统的整体框架采用模块化的结构设计和 智能化计算机软件管理，并且优化了基站的布局，从系统主要技术方面充分考虑 了向数字集群技术的发展。 关键词： 数字中继 同步同播技术 数字集群 A Abstract Wireless communication system is the public security organ information communication and command scheduling important constituent, facing the current increasingly complex of public security situation, the public security organ for grassroots power command and control the urgent need to a set of convenient operation, network flexible wireless emergency command system.
