万方数据 万方数据 中 文 摘 要 在经济全球化程度不断提高的大背景下，中国通过改革开放，深深融入到经 济全球化的浪潮中。2007 年中国的外汇储备达到 15300 亿美元之后，连续 7 年 保持着全球外汇储备第一的地位。2010 年，中国超越日本成为全球第二大经济 体。作为经济发展动力三驾马车之一的投资，在拉动 GDP 的进程中扮演着极为重 要的角色。国际直接投资是国际资本流动的形式之一，是促进生产力提高的重要 渠道，在世界范围内优化资源配置。投资环境是影响国际投资的重要因素，通过 研究福建省吸引外商直接投资的环境因子能够更直接的了解福建省吸引和利用 外商投资的状况，为福建省开展经济活动打好基础。 本文首先阐述在经济全球化程度不断加深的当下，外商在华投资情况以及 福建省吸引外商直接投资具体情况，并对外商直接投资环境因子分析的讨论做一 个引言铺垫。同时还介绍国内外的研究现状，本文的结构安排及研究方法等。其 次介绍了外商直接投资相关理论，对投资环境定义，环境分类以及评估方法做了 深入的说明。本文的主体部分一共分为三部分，第一部分简要介绍了福建省区域 特征状况，在这基础上叙述了外商在福建省投资的发展状况以及投资存在的问题； 第二部分是本文的实证部分。从构建福建省吸引外商直接投资环境因子分析体系 出发，并在可量化及可比较性原则，科学性原则，可操作性原则，时效性原则以 及普惠性原则的前提下构建投资环境因子分析系统。环境因子评估体系一级指标 分别是资源环境，经济环境，市场环境，基础设施环境，科技文化环境以及社会 服 务 环 境 等六 大 指标， 细 分 成 33个 子 指标， 用 SPSS 软 件纵 向 处理 福 建 省 从 2000-2012年等数据并进行因子打分测算。随后在环境因子分析体系建立完成的 基础之上，将福建省内的九大城市的投资环境进行横向打分测算。继而将福建省 与广东省、浙江省等九个省份的投资环境进行打分测算比较，根据比较结果针对 性的说明福建省经济发展现状遇到的问题和对策。最后部分结合实证结果，提出 改善福建省外商直接投资环境的对策和建议。 关键词：外商直接投资环境 福建省 因子分析 可比较性 I Abstract In the continuous increasing under the background of economic globalization, China through reform and opening up, deep into the tide of economic globalization.
