Conclusions The situation of the denture cleanliness of the middle-aged and the elderly in Cities of Fuzhou and Quanzhou is worrying. Most of the patients wearing dentures were lack of the knowledge of denture cleaning and maintenance,and had poor denture cleaning and maintenance habits.
