Region distribution showed a certain degree of spatial discrete characteristic and heterogeneity development. The development direction of rural ecological economic system was not the same in these areas. The coupling degrees of ecological and economic were fluctuate because of the influence of the system factors. (5) Based on the gray system GM (1, 1) model the coordination degree of rural ecological environment and economic will be 0.297 in 2015 and 0.280 in 2020, which shows that the future coordination degree of rural ecological environment and social economic will be still weak in Gannan Soviet Area. Without qualitative changes of rural economic development mode, the slow development of the ecological environment will lead to the unreasonable development of regional coordination degree. Based on the above research results and the shortcomings of the rural eco-economic development in Gannan Soviet Area, this article puts forward the advices of consummating the rural ecological economic legal system, improving the agricultural production strength, changing the rural economic development mode relying on scientific and technological progress, setting up the ecological compensation mechanism and establishing a multi-channel funding mechanism to promote the coordinated and stable development between rural economy and ecological environment.
