γ 5B6264 γ 5B6264 北京交通大学 工程硕士专业学位论文 摘要 本文介绍了 一种简易电力电 子控制器(简称:电力电子 PT) ，它 囊括了许多现代电力电子控制应用技术，能与各种配电自动化系列开关 配合，除了实现各种高压电力开关基本功能外，还能完成配电开关的 三 段过流保护、远距离有线控制、近距离遥控等功能，同时还可为高压电 力真空开关提供动作电源，使普通的高压电力真空开关实现自动控制和 自动保护，满足了电力线路电流整定、涌流抑制，过流保护等功能，是 一种取代高压电力 PT的新型电力电子综合控制装置。 本文主要阐述了该电力电子控制器的原理、结构、可靠性设计，尤 其是对控制器的电气原理进行了详细的描述，对其设计实现和试验报告 予以阐述，同时以新开发的电力电子控制器在 12kV配电自动化开关中的 应用实例说明该筒易控制器的主要用途和重要经济价值。 关键词:电力电子控制器开发应用 本研究得到天水通号电力设备有限公司新产品开发基金的资助。 未:焦作:抒 \Uflk!l71;母 刽fac--‘ 〈γ::i亏 北京交通太学仁和.硕士专业学位论文 北京交通太学仁和.硕士专业学位论文 Abstract 10 this paper，a new type of power electric simple controller (here in after refer to power electric PT) is introduced，which have embraced with the use of many new power electric technology. It could work together with many high voltage vacuum automatically electrical switches. Besides the basic functions of the high voltage switch， it could realize many other functions，such as，preventing from three-stages over current of power switch，also be control by the wire far away，also be control by wireless nearly，and so 00. It 81so cao provide supply of high voltage electric switch movement，can practice automatically many functions 00 controlliog and preventing from of the commonly power switch，ensur讪g functions of electric Iines current arrangement，surge withstand ，preventing from over current，and so on. It is a power electric synthesis controller，which could alternative the old high voltage power electric PT. The working principle，hardware constitution ，characteristic，and reliability，of the power electric controller are summarized，especiaUy electrical design and test repor臼 of controller are analyzed in detail in this paper. For an example as 12kV high voltage automatically intelligent switch power electric controller use in fact，the important application and benefit economical of new development devices value are also introduced.
