Human Resources Planning of X Company
Abstract
The competition among companies is much increased by the rapid developing of
Chinese economy. 21st century is a period for knowledge. To take advantage of the
competition, one company must fully master and utilize all kinds of limited resources,
including human resources, financial resources, material resources and market
informations etc. Actually, the competition among companies is the competition of the
talents. Any organization cannot survive without human resources, that’s because all the
other resources cannot become effective without human resources. However, human
resources planning is the basis of all the human resources management activities, and it ’s
also one important part of company’s overall strategic planning.
This article focuses on human resources planning. Based on the internal and external
environment analysis of X company, it describes the current status of human resource
planning in this company, find the potential problems within the company, and finally
works out a better proposal on the human resource planning for X company, which will
help X company to grow stronger in the future.
