Traditional large enterprises can hardly rely on its strength to response to market rapidly, satisfied the personalized requirements of customer. Confronting such challenges, large companies have to rethink their sources of competitive advantage. Introducing competition mechanism, carrying out business in enterprises and imitating the flexibility properties of small entrepreneurial enterprises become the first choice of big companies. In previous studies, Intra-marketing management and corporate entrepreneurship both showed that they can effectively solve the problem of organization overstaffed and inject vigor for the enterprise. Hence, this paper mainly discusses the effect of Intra-marketing management on corporate entrepreneurship ,aiming to provide a helpful reference for large enterprises on how to conduct corporate entrepreneurship. On the base of reading literature at home and abroad, we first explain the relevant theories, and summarize the point of view of domestic and foreign scholars on Intra-marketing management and corporate entrepreneurship. Then, based on the three elements of Timmons classic entrepreneurship model, through the theoretical logic deduction, we deeply analyze the function mechanism between Intra-marketing management and opportunity identification, resource configuration, entrepreneurial teams.
