Abstract Abstract Research on Human Resource Management Optimization of SF BU in AK Company Currently, with the development of the regional economy ,global economic integration and intelligent management,the enterprises strenthen economic ties in the knowledge economy era. Enterprises should should have professional employees and management system,andfocus on the creation and management of employees, in order to maximize efficiency of the other resources,Enterprises with a reasonable human resources management system,improve their competitive advantage. AK is a global Fortune 500 company in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Its special coatings business unit is an independent division focus on consumer electronics. Strong technical background and famous brand help SF make a perfect performance. However, with the continuous improvement of techonology, and increasing of international brand and cost, its remarkable advantage is gradually weakened. For the strong market competition,grim situation and the rough human resource management, SF should try to improve the human resources management system urgently.
