Theresultsofthe study showthat the special subsidy shouldbeprovidedtotherelevant supervisoryauthority ,Enhancingtheinfluencedegreeofthenegativeeffectsonille- galbusinessbehavior to society and government,enlarging the punishment to the illegal business network operator,improving measure- ment providing more the nationalprojectfundstotheenterprise ,enhancingregulatorytechnicalmeans,lettingmorepeopleknowtheim- portance of illegal supervision,and perfecting the social credit system and strengthening the supervision of personnel skills
