Logistics is a physic activity that delivers the material substance from producers to consumers. Distribution management applied in logistics industry is a integrated planning logistics system, which possesses the management characteristic of supply chain，shows the advantage of integration，enhances the agility of the logistics system, increases the operation efficiency of enterprises, and makes it possible to make greater benefits for enterprises. In this thesis，the author introduced the concept and content of distribution management and logistics, summarized some reasonable procedures such as stock into-warehouse management， storage in-warehouse management， processing management，tallying management, allocating-cargo management，and the problem of choosing the tallying routes.
