钦网支架在喉癌喉部分切除喉功能重建中的应用 】0的：在喉癌患者喉部分切除后喉功能 的重建中，探讨应用钛网作为喉支架进行喉功能重建 的可行性。方法：对于合适的喉癌患者，先行喉垂直 额侧部分切除，在术中根据喉部缺损的需要应用钦网 制作恰当的喉支架，保留胸骨舌骨肌及其筋膜，作为 喉支架的衬里，肩胛舌骨肌覆盖钛网喉支架的外侧， 进行三明治式的喉腔重建。术后观察忠者术后吞咽、 呼吸、发音等功能。结果：所有患者术后无感染，无 呼吸闲难，术后吞咽、呼吸、发音功能恢复良好。结 论：对于合适的声门型喉癌患者，可以应用钛网作为 喉支架进行喉腔重建。 关键词】喉部分切除；钦网支架；喉功能重建 Application of Titanium Mesh Stent in Reconstruction of Laryngeal Function during Laryngocarcinoma Partial Laryngectomy/LIU Jia-feng, PENG Shao-ping, LIAO Zhi-ying，et al.//Medical Innovation of China, 2017，14 (10)： 013-016 Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the feasibility of using titanium mesh as laryngeal stent in reconstruction of laryngeal function after laryngectomy of laryngeal carcinoma.Method： We performed laryngeal frontal partial excision on selected laryngeal carcinoma patients.According to the laryngeal defect， titanium mesh was used to make the appropriate laryngeal stent.The sternohyoid muscle and its fascia were used as the inner side of the laryngeal stent， and the scapulae muscle covered the outside of the titanium mesh-laryngeal stent，for sandwich-type laryngeal reconstruction.After surgery, the swallowing, breathing， pronunciation and other functions of patients were observed.Result： All selected patients had no postoperative infection or dyspnea，the patients recovered well in swallowing，breathing and phonation.Conlusion： For the appropriate glottic laryngeal cancer patients, we can use titanium mesh as a laryngeal stent for laryngeal reconstruction.
