高分数用离子松香乳液中性旖胶剂的制各及应用∥ 高分数用离子松香乳液中性旖胶剂的制各及应用 ∥ 摘要 ‘露7 2177 7 本论文利用松香羧基与环氧氯丙烷的酯化反应及中间体与三甲胺 的季铵化反应制各阳离子松香，再将松香与甘油进行酯化反应制备酯 化松香，这二种改性松香在非离子和阳离子复合乳化剂的存在下，通 过物理方法进行分敖，制得了高分散和稳定的阳离子松香胶乳液，同 时探讨了制各】：艺条件及影响乳液性能的各种因素。 将上述阳离子松香胶乳液作为施胶剂进行抄纸，发现其在中性条件 下具有极好的施胶效果，并且通过其他手段证明，制备的阳离子松香 胶乳液具有适中的阳离子度，在纸纤维上具有较好的留着性，与其他 中性施胶剂相比，用量少而效果显著，尤其适用于草浆。同时，利用 IR、SEM等分析测试手段，对产品的结构与性能进行了表征，证明这 是一种施胶性能良好的中性旅胶剂，通过应用工艺的研究，探索了影 响纸张施胶效果的主要因素，确定了应用工艺。 关键词：阳离子化松香阳离子松香胶乳液中性施胶剂 施胶增效 剂留着剂 高分散阳离子松香乳液中性施胶剂的制各及应用The 高分散阳离子松香乳液中性施胶剂的制各及应用 The Preparation and Application of the cationic rosin emulsion Neutral Sizes for Papermaking ABSTRACT The rosin sizes still the mainly sizing agents for papermaking by now．The cationic rosin sizing agents are called tO be the fourth generation production from the soaped sizes，the fortified sizes and the anionic rosin sizes of emulsion．Simultaneously,the papermaklng technology has been conversing from acidic to weekly acidic neutral sizing． The present investigation relates to sizes for papermaking，more specifically to an intemal sizing which WOrks very well in papermaking under heutral conditions．The cationic rosin sizes have been developed． Compfising rosin sizing agent fortified by adding the sanle ionic copOlymer emulsion of址yl acrylate、vitll styrene wherein the rosin and mOdified rosin are dispersed in water witll the aid of an emulsifying agent and the size synergist,and paper sized therewith．The rosin emulsion sizing agtnt ofthe present invention have exhibited distinguished sizing effect in nautral papermaking systems even when content ofthe calcium carbonate is mgh therein and been excellent in mechanical and storage sUability while decreasing the production cost．in addition，the sizing agent presents significant difficulties in its production． To increase the size degree of above rosin emulsion，the modified chitosan has been used．Comprising the copolymer of cationic acrylamide witIl other hydrophilic monomer and the cationic starch．it serves very well as both a retent
