中南大学本科生毕业论文 连续钢桁梁桥设计  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 48 中南大学本科生毕业论文 连续钢桁梁桥设计 摘要 本次设计是对高速铁路连续钢桁梁桥进行初步设计。本桥为双线3×102m三跨连续钢桁梁桥，主桁的中心距为12m，主桁的节间长度为8.5m，桁高为14m，，主桁采用三角形桁架形式，杆件采用高强螺栓连接。荷载有恒载、列车ZK活载、横向活荷载（风荷载）和纵向活载（制动力），采用内力的组合对杆件进行设计与验算。设计的主要步骤为：（1）进行水文计算和桥式方案的比选，选取合适的桥型为连续钢桁梁桥；（2）利用矩阵位移法，对主桁架进行程序的编制和主桁杆件初步设计以及截面参数的优化，对主桁杆件截面进行检算，保证其满足规范要求；（3）最后再对桥梁进行上拱度设计和典型节点板设计与检算。本设计采用Matlab语言编程计算，而节点板计算则利用手算。本设计的重点是主桁杆件设计程序的编制、杆件截面尺寸拟定和验算部分，设计的难点是ZK移动活载在杆件影响线上加载以及实际上拱度的设置部分。 关键字： 连续钢桁梁桥 Matlab编程 主桁设计 上拱度设计 节点板检算 Abstract The graduation design is about preliminary designing of the high speed Continuous Steel Truss Girder of railway bridge. The bridge is a double line 3 × 102m three-span continuous steel truss bridge. Its center distance of the main truss is 12m, the internode length is 8.5m, and the height is 14m. The main truss uses triangular truss with high strength bolts connecting rod. The Loads contain many respects, such as constant load, live load of train ZK, lateral live load (wind) and vertical live load (power). Using a combination of internal forces on the rod design and calculation. The main steps of the design contain：（1）The hydrological calculation of the bridge and the selection of bridge scheme are useful for colecting the appropriate type of continuous steel truss bridge；（2) With the matrix displacement method, optimize the program of main truss , the preliminary design of the rod and the cross section parameters of the main truss，and calculate the main truss rod in order to meet the requirements of specification；(3) Finally, this thesis designs the bridge arch and checks the typical node plate. The focus of this design is to use the Matlab language programming, while the node plate is calculated by hand. The key points of the design are the design of the program of the main truss and the mapping out and the calculation of the section size of the rods.
