精品文档 可编辑 假日酒店客房管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着社会服务行业的发展,酒店业对自身提供服务的质量和能力有了更高的要求。酒店管理系统正是在这种情况下越来越受到重视。酒店内部服务项目众多,既需要完成前台的服务工作,还需要完成后台的管理工作。如果没有一套可靠的酒店管理系统,单凭手工操作,不仅效率低,而且会极大地影响到酒店的服务质量。 经过多年发展,酒店管理已经逐渐由人工管理进入到重视规范、科学管理的阶段。该系统实现了对酒店管理的电子化,自动化,提高了各个模块之间的办公效率,为酒店客房的服务质量提供了保障。用户还可以根据实际需要,在本系统的基础上对功能进行扩充。 酒店客房管理系统是典型的管理信息系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前台应用程序的开发两个方面。客房管理系统可以实现对客房的科学化、规范化、信息化的管理。系统功能主要包括入住管理、客房情况、以及结算信息、挂账管理等。客房管理系统是根据假日酒店对客房管理的实际情况进行设计的，主要目的是为了方便酒店对客房的实际情况进行集中的查询与管理工作，以提高整个酒店的工作效率。 系统由前台和后台管理两个部分组成。前台作为与用户直接交互的可视化界面，能将系统的各个功能提供给用户，以帮助用户进行客房管理。后台管理主要由数据库系统作为支持，包括完成对各个数据表单的维护、数据库的备份及恢复等工作。 关键词: 酒店客房 管理信息系统 数据库（Access） VB； Abstract Along with the development of social service industry, hotel for their own services quality and ability to have higher requirements.
