ABSTRACT China is a country with a vast territory but it is different in regional resource and social environment for every region. Achievements of demographic research and medical research show that: those elements such as nature and economy have some influences on health standard and living quality. This paper, based on the pre-research macroscopically discussed the characteristics of physique distribution through the medium of Anthropology, Geography and GIS, hoping to give a new exploration to physical quality as well as the influencing factors and at the same time provide a reference for the application of GIS in Sports Field. This paper was made based on the features of geographical distribution of physical condition of the college freshmen born in Anhui Province and thus draw a conclusion that: Students Body Shape ①the main trend of height distribution of male and female students: those born in the northeast of Anhui better than those in the southwest, with a slightly regional differece. ②the trend of BMI distribution of the college freshmen born in Anhui Province: decreases progressively from the north to the south, those born in the north of Anhui slightly better than those in the south physical function ①the trend of the average vital capacity of the male students: high in the middle and the east, low in the north, south and west, those born in the north and east of Anhui slightly better than those in the south and west.
