青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文Abstract 青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文 Abstract As an important static traffic facility,park is playing an important role in traffic management．It is essential to manage parks’imfortmation in scientific method． Because these imformations ordinarily preserved in printing data，it is difficut to manage these dispersive imformation in traditionary method，eapecially when they are used in data searching and data anlysis．On the other hand，vehicle parking problem exists when the city urbanization increasing，the vehicle capacity expanding．This results from the contradiction between the urban land usage，traffic flow and reasonable parking capacity．One of the main reasons is the lack of reasonable parking planning and parking demand prediction．The main pupose of this paper is to present one solution to solve this problem． Fistly,this paper designs scheme of parking survey based on the study of parking and parks’actuality．At first，according to the survey result and the forecasting model of parking generation rate，this paper gets dynamic parking generation rates for interacted districts by multivariate linear regression，and figures out parking demand with the influence factors of urban land’S function characters based on these rates，and then improves the parking demand by the influence factors of traffic flows．Thereby presents the Land and Traffic Method for Forecasting Parking Demand． Secondly,a total design of the parking planning and information management system is given．Take Qingdao as example，users requirment，system performance request and function structure analyzed．The design of system database is discussed in detail and the software and hardware environment of system’S development described． Lastly,urban park planning and information management system is programmed with VB．NET program and programmable MapX component．This paper introduces the key technologies used in programming in brief and studies the design and realization of the system’S main function module interfac
