THE RESEARCH OF COMPETENCE MATCHING IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FIELD BASED ON RD HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN IA CORPORATION ABSTRACT Nowadays,the biggest problem software industry facing is how to inspire the RD human resources to make value added to the whole organization. As the key resource to the success of the software companies, the software researchers make a difference for the growth and development of them. Therefore, as to the people-based software industry, it is the full use of people that make it competitive. Firstly, this scenario, based on the background and the development direction about the application for competence matching model in the Software R D personnel management, make classification and summary, then make instruction to use CBR( Case Based Reasoning)—the research to realize the competence matching based on the reasoning of case study .Secondly, within the scope of software RD management in IA Co. ltd, this context introduced the competence requirements from the IA company, study the management tool, summarize the current management model. Thirdly, introduce the makeup of competence matching model and the guidelines and procedures for its implementation and then make a conclusion for the improvement and conformity of the matching tools. At last, describe the detail procedure and operational steps for the model implementation and make an expectation for the research in this area. This scenario, applying the competence matching model to the IA actual business, bringing about the model which is suitable to software companies, summarizing the model related procedures such as recruitment, assessment, training, allocation, performance appraisal and salary management, standing as an example for the software RD human resources management. At the same time, it can be proven that the software companies can allocate the suitable person to the suitable position by this model to make good use of RD human resources to obtain the efficient outcome.
