基于回3 改进算法的乳品企业经销商满意度分类万法的研究 11 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文RESEARCH 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文 RESEARCH ON THE DEALER SATISFACTION CLASSFICATION ALGORITHM OF A DAIRY ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE IMPROVED ALGoRITHM OF ID3 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of dairy products，customer satisfaction rather than dealer satisfaction gets more attention by the dairy product companies．The dealers， which connect the customers，suppliers and retailers，plays a very important role in the entire marketing channel．As a result，it is meaningful to conduct survey on the dealers’satisfaction and classification research to help assessment with the competitiveness of the main products of the enterprise，new market exploration， existing market consolidation and performance appraisal． The main work of this research iS divided into following three parts： Part I，based on the dealer satisfaction of the previous researches，this thesis sets up a new dealer satisfaction evaluation index system through the communication with a daliry enterprise and field visits to some dealers．The main purpose of this part is setting up a reasonable and reliable dealer satisfaction evaluation system using the factor analysis to evaluate the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system analysis through SPSS software．Research data for the established evaluation index system are collected through the distribution of the questionnaire． Part II，after in．depth study of decision tree classification algorithm，this thesis combined with rough set knowledge improving the ID3 algorithm，and proposed a weighted ID3 algorithm based on attribute reduction and attribute weighted which named WlD3．WlD3 algorithm not only solves the problem of multiple value tendency of the ID3 algorithm，but also makes the generated decision tree’S depth smaller,the structure more simpler which makes it for people to understand． Part III，after sorting out the collected data，two classification models are set up 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文separately 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文 separately by using the decisio
