骨桥蛋白在涎腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义* 曾明慧1 李晓智 2 杨志惠3 王汉思 4 （1、2、4重庆医科大学附属第一医院口腔科，重庆，400016；3泸州医学院病理学教研室，四川泸州，646000） [摘　要] 目的　研究涎腺肿瘤中骨桥蛋白(osteopontin, OPN)mRNA 和蛋白表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法　应用荧光实时定量RT-PCR和Western blot检测OPN mRNA 和蛋白在41例恶性涎腺肿瘤和21例良性涎腺肿瘤及10例正常涎腺组织中表达量，分析OPN mRNA和蛋白表达量与涎腺肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果 OPN mRNA 和蛋白在恶性肿瘤中的表达量明显高于在良性肿瘤和正常组织中的表达量，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。OPN mRNA表达水平与恶性涎腺肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关，蛋白表达水平与TNM分期有关（P＜0.05），与发病部位、分化程度无明显相关性。结论 　恶性涎腺肿瘤中OPN mRNA和蛋白表达量明显增高，并与临床病理特征密切相关。 [关键词] 骨桥蛋白；涎腺肿瘤；实时荧光定量RT-PCR；Western blot Expression of Osteopontin and Its Clinico-Pathological Significance in salivary gland tumors ZENG Ming-hui1, LI-Xiao- zhi2, YANG Zhi-Hui3,WANG Han-si4 (1Department of Stomatology , the Fi rst Affiliated Chong qing, 400016, China) [Abstract] Objective 　To investigate the expression of osteopontin（OPN） mRNA and protein and its correlation with clinico-pathologic features of salivary gland tumors.
