万方数据 万方数据 基于 ABAQUS 对汽车前副车架的结构优化 摘 要 随着中国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平日益提高,家庭轿车已逐步在全国范围 内普及。当今人们对轿车的安全可靠性、操作稳定性和舒适性的要求也是与日俱增。 副车架引入轿车本是为了使悬架设计脱离车身的制约,减小研发成本,但在副车架提 高了装配便利性及设计通用性的同时,也提升了轿车的舒适性。早期轿车副车架的结 构材料为铝合金,其性能较佳,在很多中高档车上均能见到它的踪影,而其成本高、 经济性差使得它的应用范围变窄,在这样的大背景下,各种结构的钢制副车架应运而 生。本文将研究探讨某自主研发的轿车前副车架各种性能指标是否能达到标准要求, 以及如果无法达到指定标准要求,应该如何重新设计其结构。 鉴于国内对副车架结构的研究主要集中在静态特性分析,而国外已经开始着重在 瞬态响应分析,噪声分析,碰撞分析的领域探索。前副车架作为底盘系统的重要零部 件,其受力状况相对复杂,为了保障整车的安全性和可靠性以及提高汽车前副车架的 结构性能,本课题通过运用有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 和 SolidWorks,针对国内某自 主研发的轿车前副车架进行静强度校核和动态响应分析并以此来优化该轿车前副车 架,其中静强度校核包括前副车架在三种工况下的力学响应,动态响应分析则包括模 态提取。最后再利用有限元的分析结果,对设计方案进行优化改进。 本文系统研究了轿车前副车架有限元建模方法和提出了有效的仿真分析优化方 法,该方法的提出将为轿车零部件设计过程中降低零部件成本提供依据和参考。 关键词:有限元分析,前副车架,模态分析,结构优化 I FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF SUB-FRAME OF AUTOMOBILE BASED ON ABAQUS ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinese economy, peoples living standard is increasing day by day. Accordingly, family cars have gradually spread across the country. Nowadays, the demands of the safety, operation stability and comfort are also increasing. Sub-frame was introduced into cars to separate the suspension design from the restrict of the whole body and reduce development costs. However, besides enhancing the assembly convenience and design versatility, it also improves the comfort of a car. In early cars, the material of the sub-frame is aluminium alloy. It is applied in a number of high-grade cars due to its good performance. However, its high cost narrows the scope of its applications. Thus, various kinds of sub-frames made by steel are designed by mechanical engineers. In this paper, we study an independent research and development sub-frame, including investigating if its various performance indicators can reach the standard requirements, and how to redesign its structure if not meeting the demands. Domestic studies concerning sub-frame structure mainly focus on the static characteristic analysis, while foreign researchers have begun to focus on the transient response analysis, noise
