西南交通大学硕士研究学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究学位论文 第l页 摘要 钢铁工业是我国的基础工业，是工业的“粮食”，在我国国民经济生活中 占有很重要的地位。由于我国的钢铁工业起步于特定的历史时期，在我国加 入世界贸易组织后，钢铁工业将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。 近几年由于国内进行大量的基础建设，拉动了钢材需求的上涨，钢材市 场甚为“火热”，大量的资金纷纷进入钢铁行业，为了对这种“热”投资进行 “冷思考”，在此情况下对我国钢铁行业的投资风险进行分析和量化，具有很 重要的意义和指导作用。 笔者在结合相关的历史资料，以大量的事实和数据定量的分析了中国钢 铁行业存在的投资风险：还利用了现代金融理论中的资本资产定价模型，根 据中国证券市场的实际情况进行了改进，在此基础上定量的测算了中国钢铁 行业的投资总风险，并计算了行业的实际股权成本。 本文一方面对钢铁企业投资风险进行了总的分析，提出了中国钢铁行业 的发展对策，也对行业的投资风险与实际的股权成本进行了量化，可以为钢 铁企业的投资者和经营管理者提供了科学的指导：另一方面根据中国证券市 场实际情况对行业风险的测算，提出了一种通用性的计算方法，拓展了CAPM 的应用范围，具有很强的实用性，也可以为其它行业投资风险的测算提供借 鉴。 关键词：中国钢铁行业 投资风险 CAPM 西南交通大学硕士研究学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究学位论文 第1 I页 Abstraot Steel industry is the base and foodstuff of Chinese industry and it plays a very important role in the national economy．Chinese steel industry develops during a special historical pcdod，SO it will face great challenges and opportunities after entering WTO． In the late years，a lot of capital has swarmed into the steel industry because of the greatly increased demand of steel products On Chinese basic constructions， SO it has an important value in analyzing and quantifying the risk of steel industr)r investment． The author makes an qualitative analysis on the risk of Chinese steel industry investments based on some corrective historical data and facts，makes quantitative estimation of the general risk of Chinese steel industry investments by using and justifying the modem financial CAPM model according to the situations of Chinese security market，and calculates the real capital stock costs in Chinese steel industry． On one hand，this dissertation makes a general analysis of investment venture of steel enterprise，and presents a development coLmtermcasure for steel industry in China,then quantifies the investment venture and cost of actual shareholding in order tO supply scientific guidance for iHVestors and operators of steel emerprise； On the other hand，it puts forward a universal method for calculation of industry‘S venture according to the fact of securities business i
