广东工业大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Cyber。physical systems is a complex fusion system of physical objects and computing unit through new communication network equipment．Embedded computers and networks through a feedback loop to monitor and control physical process，and the physical process and cyber process interact in the feedback loop．CPS is the intersection of cyber and physical space，not the union，and the physical components and computing components can not be separated．What is more，the integration of cyber space and physical space is the key to improve the degree of fusion of CPS，achieve real．time perception and dynamic control of many large and complex systems． Cyber-physical systems is an emerging technology and has widely used in various fields．Currently,the design and implementation of CPS become more difficult．CPS is expected to play a crucial role in the upcoming embedded systems．Cyber-physical systems for safe operation of chemical process is the development trend of future chemical process in our country,and committed to improving the safety for chemical production process．In order to achieve safety of this system，it is necessary to design a real-time model with real·time monitoring of chemical process，transport，forecasting and independently solve chemical fault according to the chemical characteristics．To use of cyber-physical systems offers solutions for the safe operation of chemical process is the main purpose of this paper． Take advantage of the level and autonomy features of perception control theory,we proposed a PC-CPS model for the chemical process．Cyber-physical systems for the safe operation of chemical process highly requires real-time，safe and autonomy,SO we can use the features of perception control theory to design the CPS model，with real-time perception of physical process，hierarchy,and autonomy,which is similar to the human Aiming at the need of safety for the chemical process，some key technology was analyzed for this model．In ord
