Abstract For the demand of the Socia1ist Market Economy and modem enterprise s system，the Petrol Huabei Medícal and Health System (配abbreviated form of the n缸ne Huayou Hea1th System hereina负er sections) has to handle the strategy option as below: to be sep町ated 企om the enterprise，and then to change the present management model that has been found in Command Economy in order to realize socializatìon transfonnation. In this thesis，author appIies re)evant theories and methods of enterprise s strategic management to practice，and puts forw缸d a socialization transfonnatìon strategy for Huayou Health System: Sets up Huayou Medical Group which belongs to the enterprise，reforms its old structures，and promotes the core competence of medical organizations in it，so that it wíll keep up a continuous competitìve advantage. The chapter 1 is mainly about the introduction of the socializations background and the meaning about Huayou Health System. Especíally， author sets up a model of socialization s paths to evaluate and analyze the option of Huayou Medical Groups found. In chapter 3，author applies relevant theories and methods of enterprises strategic management to analyze inside and outside environrnents of Huayou Health System，then puts forw缸d a socialization transformation strategy for it.
