To some extent, they have already restricted the further development of economy and society in rural areas. The improvement of it will certainly help to realize coordinated development of the integration of urban and rural areas. So the study on it has important theoretical and practical significance. First, this paper introduces the provision of public goods in rural areas of Sunan systematically. The conclusion is that the level of economic development there is high comparatively. So is the level of the provision of public goods. But problems still exist, such as the decision-making is not so democratic, and the execution lacks of supervision. In Huaxi Country’s case, it introduces the changes in the provision of public goods there lately. It also reveals the related situation of transformation and reform and the influence to the provision of public goods. The conclusion is that the transformation from agricultural community to industrial community accumulates the capital for public goods with higher quality. It also changes the focus of the provision from agriculture to the third industry. The result of the analysis shows that in some rural communities whose economies develop well, public goods can be supplied efficiently. The fast development of economy and society strengthens the ability of the provision of public goods in rural areas and also the demand of the villagers. The importance of spiritual and cultural products cann’t be ignored. The influence which the transformation of economy and society in rural areas brings to the provision of public goods is rather profound and far-reaching. The transformation from agricultural community to industrial community changes not only the quantity of the provision of public goods in rural areas, but also its structure.
