By playing the role of certificate of electronic documents, trans- provincial medical costs can be quickly and efficiently examined. The efficiency of agencies of new rural cooperative medical system is improved, the burdening of cost examination of designated medical institution is reduced, and reimbursement of trans-provincial medical costs of farmers becomes practical and convenient.
