ABSTRAC ABSTRAC T With the acceleration of urbanization process，large number of rural male labor migration makes rural women play an important role in the development of rural harmonious society．However,the rural women are restricted by their own development owing to their low literacy level．In order to make the rural women adapt to the opportunities and challenges in the process of urbanization，it is necessary to research the demand and actual dilemma of rural women’S vocational training under the process of urbanization． The results of this thesis indicate that the process of urbanization has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to rural development．The development of urbanization promotes the change of industrial structure in rural areas and enhances the capacity of the third industry to absorb rural women’S labor force．On the basis of investigation and analysis of rural women’S lOW level of education, ideology,economic income，leisure activities and other basis situation，the thesis carry on thorough investigation of the needs of all aspects of rural women’S vocational training．After statistics analysis，the thesis obtains the data of rural women’S vocational training needs in all aspects，in order to define the needs of rural women’S VOCational training in VadOUS aspects． Combined、Ⅳith the needs of rural women’S vocational training，the thesis analyses the status of rural women’S vocational training and its constraints．Through analysis．it iS found that due to the influence of social environment factors，rural women’s self diathesis and the vocational training institutions，the system of vocational training makes it difficult to ignite the enthusiasm of rural women’S vocational training and meet the needs of rural women to participate in vocational training demand． To meet the rural women’S vocational training needs，based on the analysis of rural women’S own quality foundation in urbanization process，the current situation of the vocational training exis
