AbstractWith Abstract With the deVelopment of the use of the ene唱y，someone steal the power using different kinds of means，Althou曲the power supply bureau has made great efforts to preVent trom stealing power，the condition is not better．The methods that are used to steal power are improVing， whereas the detecting methods of power stealing are det-clent，the tampering actions are becoming more and more rampant．The stealing powerhas made tremendous loss of the state’s excheque r． In this thesis，a new single-phase electronic anti．steal watt-hour meter that has the function of hi曲ly accurate metering and ri曲tly identifying energy stealing activities is designed．The main contents of the thesis are f-ollows： l·The seVere tanlpering actions and the disadvantage of tampering prevention means are introduced，the signi疗cance of design the single．phase electronic anti．steal watt。hour meter is discussed，and the main tasks of this thesis are pointed out． 2·The sn。ucture，principle and f．unction of the single．phase electronic anti．steal watt-hour meter based on SH69P56 1+ADE7755 are described． 3·The hareware design of data acquisition unit，in6∽rrnation．processing unit and power management unit are gaVe， and the methods of hareware design anti—disturbance are discussed． 4·The tools of the soRware design is introduced，the software designs of the error analysls，energy mete“ng，and power monitoring are put f；Drward，as well as the means of soft、Vare design anti-disturbance are discussed． 5 The methods of meter testing are introduced，and the datas under diffirent test are giVen．Finally，the working of this thesis is summarized，and the denciencies and improVement methods are pointed． The sin91e—phase electronic anti—steal watt．hour meter with low consunlpition and Iow cost ls put into use now．Practices indicate that the meter can identif-y power stealing actiVities rightly and meter power accurately，with hi曲ly reliability．Therefore the meter haS comprehensive application foreground． Keyword
