lI lI 巫雪琴：高中信息学奥林匹克培训项目设计研究 Abstract The tenet of Informatics olympiad is to movitate and develop the ability of talented youth through the competition．It belongs to the application of intelligence and tests students’ability of using computers to solve problems．The topic is quite difficult，so it’s necessary for students to have strong comprehensive abilities．First is the ability to observe and analyze the problems．The second is the ability of converting actual problems to mathematical models．The third is about various algorithms．The fourth is the abitity of skilled programming．The fifth i s to check whether their methods are correct or not at the request of the topic．As mentioned above，these abilities must undergo professional training． For high school students，information subject doesn’t belong to col lege entrance examination，therefore，they may not devote too much effort．In this case，how to arrange it scientificlly should be taken into consideration． In order to improve the efficiency of the orsay training，and cultivate a large number of first—class talents with creativity，we must pay attention to training program and implementation of bioinformatics．Based on the analysis of the information，thiS paper establishes training program design，and uses analysis，design and evaluation of the training programs as the basic structure of text． This paper analyses the data and draw a conclusion that the designing program of orsay informatics is almost blank．But in actual orsay training， there are all sorts of problems which have serious impacts on the activity of the training and its popularity．Analyzing the differences between the orsay informatics and other disciplines in modes of education，target of the training and talent cultivation，the paper points out the special characteristics of bioinformatics lie in the orsay training of students practical and technical ability．As is shown，those pro
