摘 摘 要 经过十几年的建设，高新技术产业开发区已经成为我国经济发展中最具活力 的增长点，成为科技成果转化和培育科技企业的主要基地。工业在高新技术产业 开发区占有重要地位，直接关系到它的发展和强大。同样，工业建筑也是高新区 建筑的主要形式，直接影响着高新区的环境和整体风貌，并与人民的生产和生活 息息相关。 随着人类社会步入信息时代，工业建筑也发生了巨大的变化。在我国，长期 以来，工业建筑被建筑师所忽略，又格外缺乏相关的理论研究和评论著作，导致 了不少缺乏系统设计的工业建筑对高新区的整体环境造成破坏。研究高新区工业 建筑的发展方向，用以指导高新区工业建筑的设计和管理，是十分必要的。 本文在大量资料查阅和现场调研的基础上，分析了西方现代工业建筑的发展 状况，提出了我国高新区工业建筑的特点，并结合个人多年在高新区规划管理的 经验，总结出我国高新区工业建筑的发展方向：在规划设计中，始终以总体设计 为依据，走向建筑学、城市规划学、地景学的结合；将人性化设计引入工业建筑， 创造出优美的工作环境，体现对人的关怀；注重在工业建筑中运用高新技术，注 重高技术与工厂美学的结合；注重与公众的交流，营造工业建筑中的文化环境增 强工业建筑的社会职能：注重对生态环境的保护，坚持工业建筑设计的可持续性。 高新区的工业建筑将随着时代的发展而不断变化，它的建筑创作也会随之相 应改变，并且会在实践中不断增加新的内容。 关键词： 高新技术产业开发区 工业建筑 发展方向 AB AB STRACT After ten years·construction，the high and new technology industry development zone has become the most dynamic increase point in the development of the economy of our country and the main base of putting research findings into industrial production and cultivating science and technology enterprise·Industry plays an important role in the high and new technology industry development zone， which is directly related to its development and strength．Similarly，the industrial construction is also the main form of that of the high and new technology industry development zone，which directly influences its environment and overall scene and is closely associated with the production and life of the people． As the human society steps into the information era，great changes have taken place in the industrial construction．In China，the industrial construction is ignored bv architect for a long time and we also lack the relevant theoretical research and works．So many industrial constructions that lack systematic designs cause great damage to the overall environment of the high and new technology industry development zone．It is very necessary tO study the develpoment direction of its industrial construction and use it tO direct the planning and administration in the high and fleW technology industry development zone· 0n the basis of much information and pr
