武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT This thesis systematically reviewed the development of research methods of domestic and foreign float glass tank，and using Computational Fluid Dynamics software Fluent established mathematical model of glass flow and heat transfer model in the float glass tank．Use simplification pxocessing way to simulation glass melting liquid flew and temperature fields in the float glass tank．The heat transfer uses the direct wall surface heat trailsfer,the viscous model uses the k—e model，and the heat radiation uses the P1 model simulation method to calculate．Calculation and simulation of a variety of melting fumace structure layout，and get the law of heat transfer and fluid flow processes of glass current． In this paper,we meshed the body using Gambit，and the equmions were calculated by the Fluent．In order to get visible answers，the results were displayed by Teeplot．So direct—viewing indicated float glass tank flow and temperature field distribution and make results Visualization． The glass current’S temperature and flow field distribution situation in float glass tank(6509day)were studied．It was concluded that this model could express objectively the law of the temperature and flow field distribution of glass current in float glass tank．In the glass tmlk basic parameters unchanged circumstances，By changing the structure layout and size parameters of the glass tank to study in a Certain structure and In size parameter change situation glass current temperature and flow field distribution laws of glass tank．By comparing the study results and found suitable structure layout and structure of glass tank size parameters choice for different working condition float glass tank．For the neck structure melting fumace， appropriate increase neck width，It Can improve glass fluid flow condition which at the right—angle side wall，and reduce the death triangle forming，Is advantageous to the melting end glass liquid homogenize．When the neck width increased，
