浙江工业大学硕士学位论文THE 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 THE RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZING CONTROL OF ELEVATOR RI no姐NG SPEED AB STRACT Based on the research on elevator running speed control，the thesis designs and finishes the system of optimizing control elevator running speed．With the speed optimizing control algorithm，it call realize the elevator’S tripping to level directly,eliminate the crawl phase，and improve the elevator’S running efficiency and service quality．The main contents of the research are as follows： 1．After the study and research on the modes of elevator speed control， this paper proposes the strategy of optimizing control of elevator running speed．Elevator control system measures the absolute position of elevator in shaft by absolute value encoderand transmits the absolute surplus distance to speed optimizing control module which controls elevator speed．The frequency inverter makes use of PI algorithm to adjust the speed according to the current speed feedback from the rotary encoder,which makes double closed loop come true． 2．The speed optimizing control algorithm is designed．It selects sine- beeline curve fits elevator’S ideal speed CUlVe，sets the speed based on the time principle in accelerating phase，while setting the speed based on the absolute surplus distance principle in decelerating phase，and transmits the speed value which adjusted with PI algorithm to frequency inverter． 3．The optimizing control module of elevator speed including hardware and software is designed．It improves instant and reliability by using ATMEGA 1 62 which has two serial ports as control chip．Modular programming design and C program language are adopted in the process of designing system software．It does experiments on test—bed，compares and ．Ili． 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文analyzes 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 analyzes the results by making use of speed monitor software which is programmed with Delphi，and thus improves the design of software and hardware． KEY WORDS：elevator speed control，curve of running speed，speed optimizing alg
